Return Policies & Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in shopping with us, please read all policies before purchasing, We are not responsible for not reading our policies, it is the customer's responsibility to be fully informed before making a purchase. - We accept returns for a refund within 15 days from ship date
- Items must be be postmarked within 15 days of ship date to be accepted for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of customer.
- If you need to return an item please email email@example.com, please include order number in your email. Once item is approved for return please see our ship to address below
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged to be eligible for a return
- All sale items and items discounted more than 15% are store credit only
- Purchases using coupon codes are store credit only
- Items that appear stained, worn, or damaged (i.e. smoke, pet hair, perfume, cologne, etc) will be refused and sent back to you and will be subject to additional shipping charges
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.
- We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- 20% re-stock fees may be applied to any return at Niminee's discretion
Cancel or Modify Order
If you need to make any changes to your order or need to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after making your purchase. Orders can only be changed or modified within one hour of purchasing. Due to our fast processing time we will try to accommodate, but modifications/cancellations are not guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Refer to Return Policy to ensure your return meets the requirements
- Securely package your items in the package they were received or a similar package (Do not over-pack too tightly)
- Enclose a copy of your packing slip along with your reason for returning

Refund Processing Time
*Please note that returns will be processed and you will receive a refund within two weeks from the date we receive your items
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund following the two week processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
