Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. We currently ship to USA, Canada and UK with plans to expand to other countries soon!

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of being placed Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Processing times may take up to 5 business days during peak and holiday times.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A. If you need to change or cancel your order please email us immediately after placing your order at Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q. Do you offer exchanges?

A. We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged and if the same item is still available. If you have received a damaged item, send us an email at within 3 business days of delivery to exchange/return.
